There’s no replacement for repetition
You spend a lot of time thinking about your brand.
Your customers? Not so much.
Take our long-time client partner Southside Market & Barbeque, which was founded in Elgin, Texas in 1882.
They’re the longest continually operating BBQ joint in the state of Texas. They know that. We know that. It’s something we’ve thought about thousands of times.
But our customers? (Especially the new ones.) The next time we tell them that Southside is the oldest BBQ joint in the state of Texas might be the 15,000th time we’ve said it...and the first time they have heard it.
Understanding this fact reinforces the need for two things: 1) a well-thought out, organized, and tightly defined messaging architecture, and 2) a plan for publishing (repeatedly) content that capitalizes on that messaging architecture.
