Media Analyst

Overview: The Media Analyst will help ensure the success of our clients’ paid media campaigns by providing thoughtful research and analysis prior to campaign launch and ongoing monitoring, reporting, and optimizations once campaigns are live. In coordination with the Paid Media Manager, they will work to ensure proper tracking and attribution in order to accurately report on the success of our efforts. 

You: A data-driven digital native with 1-2 years of work experience looking to flex their analytical mind and help drive success in our paid media campaigns. You are a quick study when it comes to technical skills and enjoy solving complex problems. You have the ability to work collaboratively but also enjoy solo projects and taking ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audience research and make targeting recommendations 
  • Review the performance of past campaigns and active social channels
  • Conduct analytics audits and make recommendations for improved tracking & attribution
  • Ad account and analytics set up across multiple platforms
  • Assist in campaign setup and import of campaign assets
  • Monitor & report on campaign performance, drawing insights and helping craft recommendations
  • Prepare client-facing reports & other media materials 
  • Stay up to date with key platform changes 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience (required)
  • Familiarity with digital campaigns and measuring/reporting on their effectiveness
  • A demonstrated interest in digital marketing and its inner workings
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge/expertise in any of the following, preferred:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Data Studio
    • Google Ads Manager
    • Facebook Business Manager
