Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (“Google Analytics”), a website analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to understand how visitors find and interact with our website.
Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, referring URLs, session activity, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, operating system, language settings, engagement events, and conversion activity. Google Analytics uses a first-party cookie, commonly named _ga, containing a client identifier that helps distinguish users and sessions.
Google Analytics may process an IP address when a visitor connects to the service to determine approximate geographic information and route the request. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 discards the IP address before the information is logged in an Analytics data center.
We use this information to analyze website traffic, identify popular or underperforming content, understand how visitors use the website, troubleshoot website performance, measure form submissions and other conversions, and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Google Analytics Data Retention
We retain user-level and event-level Google Analytics data for the period configured in our Google Analytics account, currently 24 months or longer. Aggregated reports may be retained for a longer period where permitted by law and reasonably necessary for business analysis.
Google Ads & Conversion Tracking
We use Google Ads and the Google tag to advertise our services and measure whether visitors take certain actions after viewing or clicking one of our advertisements. These actions may include visiting a landing page or successfully submitting an inquiry form.
Google Ads conversion tracking may collect or receive information such as the advertisement viewed or clicked, advertising and click identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, date and time, browser and device information, IP address, cookie identifiers, and conversion events. The Google tag may place first-party cookies on your device containing a unique user or advertising-click identifier.
We use this information to attribute inquiries and other conversions to our advertising campaigns, measure campaign performance, prevent inaccurate conversion reporting, create reports, improve advertisements, and optimize campaign targeting and bidding.
Google may use conversion and event data for reporting, automated bidding, campaign optimization, customer analysis, and aggregated advertising-system improvements. Enhanced Conversions
We use Google Ads Enhanced Conversions to improve the accuracy of our advertising measurement. When you complete a qualifying form or conversion, we may provide Google with normalized and SHA-256-hashed first-party information, such as your email address. Google compares the hashed value with similarly hashed information associated with Google accounts to determine whether a conversion may be attributed to a Google advertisement.
Hashing converts the information into a coded value before matching, but the resulting identifier should still be considered personal information because it may be used to recognize or match an individual. We use Enhanced Conversions for advertising measurement, attribution, reporting, and campaign optimization.
Advertising Measurement & The Reddit Pixel
We use the Reddit Pixel, an advertising measurement technology provided by Reddit, Inc. (“Reddit”), to understand how visitors interact with our website after viewing or clicking an advertisement on Reddit.
When you visit our website, the Reddit Pixel may collect or receive information such as the page visited, referring URL, date and time of the visit, browser and device information, IP address, cookie or advertising identifiers, and information about whether you viewed or interacted with a Reddit advertisement.
When you successfully submit certain inquiry forms on our website, we send Reddit a “Lead” conversion event. This event may include:
- A unique conversion identifier derived from the submission date and time and internal form and entry numbers;
- The fact that a form was successfully submitted;
- The page or website location associated with the submission; and
- A normalized, SHA-256-hashed version of the email address submitted through the form.
We use this information to measure advertising performance, attribute website inquiries to Reddit advertisements, prevent duplicate conversion reporting, understand the effectiveness of our campaigns, and improve or optimize our advertising.
For the manually configured Lead event, we hash the email address before transmitting it to Reddit. Hashing converts the normalized email address into a consistent coded value so Reddit can compare it against similarly coded information. A hashed email address should still be considered personal information or a personal identifier because it may be used to recognize or match an individual. We do not intentionally include the contents of free-text form messages in the Reddit Lead event.
Reddit may combine information received through the Reddit Pixel with information it already possesses and process that information according to the Reddit Privacy Policy. Additional information about the Reddit Pixel is available through the Reddit Pixel documentation.
Reddit Advertising Data Retention
We retain website inquiry submissions and related records for 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which the information was collected, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, or to protect our legal rights. Information transmitted to Reddit is retained by Reddit according to its own policies and settings.
California Residents
Depending on the law that applies to you, our disclosure of identifiers and internet or electronic activity information to advertising and analytics platforms such as Reddit and Google may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing of personal information for targeted advertising, even though we do not receive money from Reddit in exchange for the information.
Where applicable, you may opt out of these activities through our [Cookie Settings/Privacy Choices] link or our [Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information] link. We also process legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
Exercising a privacy right will not affect your ability to submit an inquiry or receive information about our services.
