When we first kicked things off with the Holmes brothers, we weren’t sure where we were going to take their chicken-forward restaurant at the MB Lockett building in downtown Georgetown’s square. So, we operated under the working title of Chicken University.
After an in-depth and collaborative naming session, we landed on something much better. World, allow us to introduce you to Goodfolks.
