We’re a fast-paced, boutique creative ad agency in Austin looking for an account superhero to join our team of bright minds. We’re not trying to be the biggest or richest—just the best. Our clients range from large national organizations to beloved local small businesses including Chewy, BigCommerce, Cavender’s Boots, Southside Market & Barbeque, Torchy’s Tacos, and more.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of accounts.
- Build and grow strong, lasting client relationships.
Coordinate and lead team meetings, status meetings, and creative presentations. - Manage interactive workflows, including website requirements, coordination with design and development teams, and content input when needed.
- Collaborate with all agency departments to develop strategies, briefs, and creative campaign work.
- Advocate for the agency with clients while keeping internal teams excited and focused on success.
- Own all agency-client relationships, from daily tasks to identifying long-term growth opportunities.
- Manage client expectations and resolve critical issues with strategic thinking.
- Juggle 5-12 projects or clients at a time.
- Draft scopes for supervisor and client approval.
- Manage and maintain budgets.
- Oversee internal project management resources and creative team allocation.
- Understand campaign details in the context of the bigger picture.
- Report to and collaborate with the Account Services Director.
Requirements
- 3+ years in an Account Coordinator/Manager or Project Manager role (required)
- 2+ years at a digital marketing, media, or advertising agency (preferred)
- 1+ year managing website, paid media, and/or creative design projects (preferred)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Basic understanding of media landscape and strategies
- Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to find the next big project
- Ability to collaborate with a larger team, as well as reliably execute individual responsibilities autonomously
- Must be based in the Austin, TX area and available for in-person client meetings as needed
